About

We are also a member of IFES Europe’s Association of Christian Postgraduate Groups.

Regular Events & Info

We run weekly bible studies on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, as well as termly events including the Cheese and Wine Evening, which features a talk bridging academia and Christianity (see attached term card). We hope to provide a safe space for everyone, whether you are a committed Christian or someone interested in knowing more about Jesus, to explore Christianity and support each other in prayer.

More information can be found on our official website (cucgs.soc.srcf.net (opens in a new tab)).

For regular updates, follow us on Instagram (instagram.com/cambcgs/ (opens in a new tab)) and Facebook (facebook.com/CamUniCGS (opens in a new tab)). You can also join our mailing list (Raven access required): lists.cam.ac.uk/mailman/listinfo/soc-cgs (opens in a new tab).

International Student Welcome (ISW)

At the start of each academic year, we organise an International Student Welcome (ISW) programme, wherein CGS members and volunteers organise a series of welcome events to showcase God's love to new international students. ISW events include welcome desks at train and bus stations, walking tours, afternoon tea, punting, dinners with short evangelistic talks and more – further details can be found here: cucgs.soc.srcf.net/isw/ (opens in a new tab).
