About
We have the option to learn how to make our thoughts elevated and powerful. Everyone has the potential to experience inner richness in the mind and heart.
With understanding and a little effort, you can become free from unhelpful thinking patterns. One who is free from cyclical and negative thoughts will be far more efficient in every aspect and enjoy life more.
Join our regular in-person meetings during term time to help you create your own structure of self-reflection and meditation to support you in fulfilling your highest potential.
Meditation and Positive Psychology
Tuesdays during term time at 6 Inner Space, King's Parade from 7-8pm
In this drop-in meditation session, we will be discussing and experimenting with how meditation can help to connect to our own inner potential of strength and stability. All our activities are free of charge.
